Legal
Terms of Service
Effective 23 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Vantage (https://vantagedaily.live), a service operated by Shirin Kaul (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.
The service
Vantage publishes short, AI-written briefs about Indian political news. Each brief is generated automatically from publicly available reporting by third-party news outlets and links to that reporting. Briefs include analysis and a clearly labelled point of view (“a take”).
Not professional advice
Briefs are for general information. They are not legal, financial or professional advice, and may contain errors or omissions despite our quality checks. Always consult the original sources linked in each brief before relying on any information.
Accounts
- You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the service.
- One account per person. Don’t share subscriber access or scrape the service.
Free and paid plans
Signed-in readers can open 3 full briefs per day free of charge (the count resets at midnight, India Standard Time). Vantage Plus costs ₹99 per month and gives unlimited access while the subscription is active. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices may change with at least 14 days’ notice by email; changes apply from your next billing period.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as merchant of record for your purchase and may show its name on your statement. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Content and intellectual property
The briefs, design and software of Vantage belong to us. You may read and share links to briefs for personal, non-commercial use. Headlines and excerpts of third-party reporting remain the property of their publishers.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no attempts to bypass the reading limit or paywall, disrupt the site, access other users’ data, or use automated tools to copy content at scale. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Availability and liability
We aim to keep the service running but provide it “as is”, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. You can stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Governing law and contact
