Refund & Cancellation Policy

Vantage Plus is a digital subscription to Vantage, delivered instantly online. There is nothing to ship.

Cancelling

• You can cancel anytime from your Profile page (Manage subscription) or by emailing us.
• Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep full access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
• After that, your account returns to the free plan (3 briefs a day). Your saved briefs and preferences are kept.

Refunds

• First subscription payment: if Vantage isn’t for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Renewals: renewal payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next one.
• Billing errors: if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we’ll refund the incorrect charge in full.

Approved refunds are issued through Dodo Payments to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

How to request

Email shirin.kaul2027@mastersunion.org from the address you subscribed with, and include your payment receipt or date of payment. We reply within 2 business days.
